Additional Eligibility Information
- A 365-day PCS is NOT eligible UNLESS it is to the desert, (aka OIF or OEF). Korea and Turkey do not qualify.
- Current relief efforts in Haiti are eligible at this time.
- Training/schooling TDYs no matter the duration are NOT eligible
- Deployment Orders or a letter by AD members squadron CC are required for DePLAYment enrollment.
Local Benefits
CATEGORY A — All programs in Category A are offered through July 31, 2010, as the programs occur.
- One (1) free class per child, offered at Youth Programs (Gymnastics, Hap Ki Do, Dance)
- One (1) free youth sport registration fee, offered at Youth Programs(Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Flag Football, Cheerleading)
- 10 free hours of hourly child care, per child, offered through FCC (space available basis)
- Free child care during mandatory deployment meetings, medical appointments and/or meetings with A&FRC personnel. **Wounded Warrior family support includes unlimited free hourly care for medical appointments
- FALLEN WARRIORS only benefit - 40 hours of hourly care per child for immediate family of deceased member and $200 towards hourly care up through 31 Jul 10 for regularly scheduled Full or Part Day Programs
- FREE literacy programs through the Library
- FREE Get Golf Ready and/or Link Up 2 Golf Lessons as offered at Gator Lakes
- FREE quarterly ITT Trip
- FREE quarterly class at Arts & Crafts

- At least 25% off paid Fitness classes
CATEGORY B — Enhanced benefits offered by Hurlburt Field Force Support Squadron. Programs in Category B are offered based on fund availability, limits and restrictions may apply. Benefits may be added or removed as funds change.
- Discount on daily rate at the Youth or Teen Center
- Discount on Teen Scuba Class and/or Parasailing Lesson
- Discount on Swim Lessons (offered by Youth Programs)
- Discount on Youth Pre - Teen Field Trips and Open Recreation Pre-Teen Summer Camp

- FREE Youth Sports Clinics (may include: tennis, golf, archery, bowling, volleyball, etc.)
